2026 Post Season

Diablo Athletic League (DAL) Championships

• Date: Saturday, February 7th

• Location: Acalanes HS

• Participation: All wrestlers (JV and Varsity) are expected to compete. Varsity is limited to one wrestler per weight class; JV allows multiple entries.

NCS Division 2 East Bay Championship

• Dates: February 13–14, 2026

• Location: Benicia High School (Home Event)

• Details: Only Varsity wrestlers participate. However, because we are hosting nearly 600 athletes and their families, we need "all hands on deck." We require 240 volunteer shifts to be filled.

• Action Item: Please sign up via the [VOLUNTEER SIGN-UP LINK].

• Advancement: Wrestlers must place in the top 5 to advance.

NCS Combined Championship

• Dates: February 20–21, 2026

• Location: James Logan HS, Union City

• Details: For the first time, qualifying boys and girls will compete at the same venue. To advance to State, girls must place in the top 3 and boys in the top 2.

CIF State Championship

• Dates: February 25–28, 2026

• Location: Mechanics Bank Arena, Bakersfield

• Details: Qualifiers must arrive Wednesday for check-in. All wrestlers are guaranteed to compete through Day 2.

USA Wrestling Folkstyle State Championship

• Dates: March 6–7, 2026

• Details: No qualifier required; all are eligible to register (fee applies).

  • Saturday 2/6: Freshmen & Sophomore Girls and Boys

  • Sunday 2/7: Junior & Senior Girls and Boys
